GTL B50 CHP 50KW Biogas Generator Set tailored for European market

The GTL CHP biogas genset  Model B50 CHP. Advanced power supply equipment providing both power and heat. This is a government project for farm. This cutting-edge technology is set to make its mark in the European market, and it's specifically designed to work with biogas containing 55% CH4, with a possible variation of up to +/- 5%.

B50 CHP  boasts a continuous operating power of 50KW at 400V and 50HZ, ensuring reliable and consistent energy output. The engine is based on the robust 6BT platform which has been expertly modified by GTL into a gas engine. For optimal performance, we've integrated Altronic's ignition control unit and coil,  respectively. Paired with Bosch spark plugs, these components enable high-energy ignition and lean combustion, automatically adjusting the air-fuel ratio to an optimal 1.5.

B.50 CHP also features a mixer and throttle from HUOGELI TECH, ensuring a smooth and efficient gas flow.

This is Leroy Somer LSA model, with an electrical efficiency of 94.3%. After rigorous testing, the overall electrical efficiency of the unit stands at 36.7%, thermal efficiency at 50.2%, and a combined total efficiency of 86.9%.

The control system, COMAP’s IS-GAS, allowing for both single and parallel operation of multiple units, as well as CHP control. This advanced system includes sophisticated engine emission controls, which have resulted in NOX emissions of just 80.6mg/Nm3during full load testing—up to 60% to 80% lower than those of diesel engines.

The engine runs smoothly and has strong sudden acceleration capability, which can reach 50% sudden acceleration.
